Citizen requests "ward" meetings!

ATTENTION ALL CONCERNED CITIZENS...Let us ALL pull together for the benefit of our City by organizing EACH WARD with a meeting place where THAT wards residents can join together with questions and concerns about the current issues. We need to get the word out as to the issues and what if anything can be done by the average resident. Tell all the computer friendly people to remember those who are NOT on computers to start a phone chain or handouts.
