A question(s) for the CCFR spokesperson Ms. Clark.
Per your post #111, the CCFR is now a registered, legal committee.
Who has the committee registered as it's treasure and leader per state law?
What is the type of committe the CCFR is registered as, a Lobby,if so what type of Lobby. Or are you now a PAC, if not what form of committee are you?
Please provide the readers of this blog with with the CCFR's MECID number.
Does the CCFR have copies of the minutes of their meetings, if so, can we have copies of them? Do you plan to take minutes of all meetings now that you have become legal?

Thanks for you answering these questions and your openiness to sharing your committee's information.

who cares who asked these questions? if the owner of the blog wanted to know that he would not have allowed anonymous postings. the questions do not sling mud or slam any one or group. if they are not answered, the readers of the blog may draw their own conclusions as to why, but one conclusion could be that the committee is not on the up and up as it would have you believe.
now that I have read the questions if it takes me claiming to be "Tim" to get answers I'll do so.

I am not "Tim" and I want to know the answers to the questions as well. The CCFR continues to hide in the shadows just as it did before it registered with the state. Ford as a CCFR member should be able to readily and gladly answer these questions unless CCFR members are kept in the dark on their own organization.

Well this time Ford dosen't know. The Committee was formed by others, and to date I have no knowledge as to who is in what position, or if I am even listed on the curent roster, if there is one.

I believe it was formed in order to keep the name (I could be wrong,) and for no other reason. You may wish to ask Mr. Murphy, as I believe he may have your answers (but be nice.)

The infamous former state rep. Patrick James Murphy is the organizer of the CCFR according to a filing with the Missouri Secretary Of State's Office. I am surprised that Ford who is a CCFR member did not know this.

I did know who formed it, but you wanted to know who filled the positions, that I do not know.

I think you can all look it up at the sec. of States web page though. If you do that, and find out who is whom, would you please let me know?

In answer to questions about the #111 blog entry. CCFFR is a local group only. MECID numbers are used only for people making (state) inquires to Jeff City and is only for state committees, CCFFR is NOT a state committee. You can go to the local Board of Election Commissioners at 12 Sunnen Dr. 63143 and you can see any information you are interested in. I am really surprised at any informed citizen NOT knowing this. As one of the main endeavors of the CCFFR I hope I am helping educate you and others as to how this process works. Faye Clark

In the comments for Post 118 any bets who commented: ...I'm done with you and the blog. I've got much bigger fish to fry and when I say fry, you'll know soon enought what I mean. So you're on your own. I hope you don't have anything hidden in your closet, cause it's spring cleaning time.

So is the CCFR going to continue trying to change the outcomes of ballot issues or not? Is it a business or a pac? Your letter from the Ethics Commission does little to convince me since it refers to the fact that you raised/spent less than $500. Hmm - how convenient for you that you keep your own financial records.

Hmmmmm - When you get through with CCFFR, will you be taking up knitting or possibly go back to kicking the dog? I am getting a massive rush out of all the angst this group is causing you. Do you even know why you are so obsessed? We do.

Who told you Mrs. Clark was the spokesperson for anything? I don't believe that is correct. I do know that many more citizens in Crestwood are now paying attention to things going on at City Hall. If the Citizen's group had been active earlier, probably many headaches could have been prevented. In reading past literature it seems the majority of citizens did not want to use the TIF at all and gave very good reasons at public meetings. Didn't you attend any of these? Or was the determination to use TIF done within the confines of a few who decided they don't need or care about public opinion?

In reading back thru some of the comments, I'd be willing to bet my uncle Willie's mule, that one of our anonymous people has something wrong with them. Their quips somehow make me think of some of the things the crazy people on CSI say. Have any of you noticed that. I'm guessing it's one person because their quips are soo similar and sooo Strange?

Is it true that one of our alderman went over to the election board and checked to see for sure what kind of committee CCFFR was. So now he knows, as of May 4th, it no longer exists. It was a short term assignment and ended after the assignment was successfully completed. Can the alderman say the same as they end their term?

Talks with Kohl's started in the year 2000/2002. I believe that discussions were held with more than a "few people" from it's inception to completion of the TIF.
