Is the City of Crestwood responsible to maintain the overpass over highway 44 that the trail is using? After completion of the trail, the city is responsible for ongoing maintenance.
When estimating the costs associated with the ongoing upkeep of the trail, I wonder if this was looked at.
(I know I could just contact City Hall, but I don't want to take up their time if someone knows here.)
