The 2006 NORAD Santa Claus tracking link!

Ladies and gentlemen, please click on the header to be directed to the North American Air Defense Command site entrusted with the job of tracking Santa Claus on his Christmas Eve rounds!

I am sure the little ones will enjoy this site, as they can follow the track, and have some idea when Santa will arrive at their house!

Since I have been both naughty and nice this year I have no idea what to expect, but hey, it was a ride worth taking!

Merry Christmas, and a happy new year Crestwood !!!

How can we track Kohl's bond money?

Who actually received the $9 million to build the Kohl's store?

Can NORAD track all of our public money used to build a Kohl's?

I have been told that the Kohl's TDD meeting will be at City hall on Tuesday 12/19 at 9:00 PM (strange time to start a meeting!)

Aas soon as I know for sure, I will post it as a lead story, and we can all show up and "track" the action!

Folk's this one bears watching!

Well, I am waiting for the conformation on the date and time, but I believe I was told 9:00 PM.

I will advise as soon as I know.

I just got the answer on the TDD meeting! It will be at 9:00 AM (that's morning,) at City Hall.

That's a relief, as I thought we would all be up late that night.

I will be in Illinois, but if you can attend please do so cause that's where your Kohl's answers will be!

gee, how nice to have meeting during working hours so no one can be there. our mayor sure is interested in letting the people in on what is going on at city hall.....so much for the open door policy he promised, what a shame, what a joke, what a fraud.

It sounds like a done deal to give THF $850,000 but is it legal.

Where is the evidence to support this transaction?

Please explain.

Was it legal for Mr. Grewe to receive $500,000 from the Kohl's TDD when the ordiance stated $50,000?

What promise was made to Mr. Grewe?

Mr. Grewe should be very grateful to Mayor Robinson, Aldermen Kelleher, Roby, Breeding, and Duwe.

Well, then, we can all thank Robinson, Kelleher, Duwe, Breeding and Roby when we say "I told you so for their defining moment."

Of course, we will also wonder about their logic since for the most part I know of no one who agrees with their decision.

Maybe they have an explanation. One which we would like to hear.

You mean the Mayor had to break a tie? And he voted for Grewe who supported him with big $$ in his last election?

What is this world coming to? Why I never? I thought I read on this very blog about Roy riding into town on a white horse. What is going on???

Maybe you should posse up with the Mayor, Kelleher, Duwe, Breeding, and Roby and find out what Kool Aid Grewe served at the watering hole.

Grewe gave campaign funds to others beside the Mayor 2 elections ago. Didn't you see all those fancy, colorful mailings. To be fair, the Mayor was not singled out. Keep your nose clean was not the rule of the day apparently.

It's beginning to look like Crestwood continues to be the banker for Mission Impossible.

Let's find out exactly who our aldermen represent. How big is the stupid on their bic pens. How desperate are we to chose unsuitable retail over good sense and aldermen whose lack of ability to determine a good fit from a bad one determine our future?

Is it time to get in tune with the electorate, or WHAT!

I can find no records that Grewe gave money to anyone running for office other than the office of mayor.

That is a good question - who do our aldermen represent?

That is the best question I have ever seen on this blog.

Thanks for asking it.

You are welcome. After attending some of the recent board meetings, I really began to ponder this question.

Grewe will or should get a nice CID worth 2 million dollars. Other developers are given a warm reception. City employees are going to get a raise, according to this budget. A consulting firm will most probably get another $8-9,000 to tell us we need to redevelop our main street. It seems the only time Crestwood comes to us is when they need a tax increase.

Thanks Mayor, you no longer have a politcal debt to pay Mr. Grewe.

Don't forget the aldermen that supported the CID. Kelleher was really supportive of it.

There is no record filled with the State of Missouri of any current or former Aldermen getting money from Mr. Grewe or any of his employees.

11:09 blogger: Well we know who the don't represent, so now as to whom?

I have asked about a few things only to be told "there's a bigger picture," or "we cant devulge that at this point."

I would like it better if we were all part of these thinhs, as we all are in the same boat (Crestwood,) but I guess that's not to be, so...

Ya got me!
