Now I don't know about you, but I want better protection for my family than this! And don't give me the P.C. crowd mantra about "how dis-advantaged" these folks are, because that has nothing to do with "drinking and driving!"
Where does Crestwood come in on all of this you say, well I will tell you! What say we initiate a "DUI check point," at varying times on Watson Rd. or for that matter Sappington Rd.? Believe me it is a great way to stop this national "crisis," as well as keeping our families safe!
Let's leave it up to the Police Chief to set it up, and work to end this senseless slaughter on our streets!

For the record, I couldent care less where a person is from, nor do I care what race, creed, religion they are, or choose to practice! I do care (and so should you,) that the people we allow into this country are LEGAL!

Until the water gets to the door of those on this blog subject whose shorts are in such a knot, they remain lost in their own space which is fine. I particularly like the hispanic part. This is not relevant. It's the illegal part that wise people are concerned about. Perhaps if we could just vote on the giveaways and the amount of the giveaways to illegals, we could each then give individually according to our beliefs. And the others could give by choice only to legals. So, when they pass the plate, those on this site who have this all wrapped up as biased or racist, whatever, can simply hand over the cash, generously and graciously.

Crestwood could stop them, but what can you really do with them? Would they get deported? Does Crestwood get reimbursed for detaining them?
Forget the illegal part. The checkpoint would provide security for all. Just not sure Crestwood can afford such a maneuver? Are we safer putting our resources in one spot or spreading them out in the City?

It is about 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday...I just saw a convoy of black suburbans with a police escort racing down highway 66 towards Crestwood City Hall--it's Jay Nixon and his posse getting ready to storm the pool gates and demand to know why certain alderman did not recloozze themselves last night and is going to throw them in the slammer! my gosh...the folks on this blog were right after all..wait...I hear the sounds of helicopters circling...maybe that is the governer!

We have more than ample troop's to man the check point, and have one car in each section of town.

The suspense is killing us...we've been waiting for Elliot Davis for a year now. How long are we going to have to wait for Jay Nixon to ride into town and save the day. I am sure the Crestwood Swim Club deal will be at the top of his priority list during this election cycle.
Anyone this vindictive must surely be covering up a very large pile of stuff! However, if it makes ya feel betta pile it on. Please, don't keep it inside. It will only keep you bedridden the day Elliott and Jay ride in.

...I bought a bird feeder. I hung it on my back porch and filled it with seed. Within a week we had hundreds of birds taking advantage of the continuous flow of free and easily accessible food. But then the birds started building nests in the boards of the patio, above the table, and next to the barbecue.
...Then came the poop. It was everywhere: on the patio tile, the chairs, the table...everywhere. Then some of the birds turned mean: They would dive bomb me and try to peck me even though I had fed them out of my own pocket. And others birds were boisterous and loud: They sat on the feeder and squawked and screamed at all hours of the day and night and demanded that I fill it when it got low on food.
After a while, I couldn't even sit on my own back porch anymore. I took down the bird feeder and in three days the birds were gone. I cleaned up their mess and took down the many nests they had built all over the patio. Soon, the back yard was like it used to be...quite, serene and no one demanding their rights to a free meal.
Now let's see . . . our government gives out free food, subsidized housing, free medical care, free education and allows anyone born here to be an automatic citizen.
Then the illegals came by the tens of thousands. Suddenly our taxes went up to pay for free services; small apartments are housing 5 families: you have to wait 6 hours to be seen by an emergency room doctor: your child's 2nd grade class is behind other schools because over half the class doesn't speak English.
Corn Flakes now come in a bilingual box; I have to press "one" to hear my bank talk to me in English, and people waving flags other than "Old Glory" are squawking and screaming in the streets, demanding more rights and free liberties. Maybe it's time for the government to take down the bird feeder.
