Real estate taxes, assesments, and the twin properties on Rayburn, and Sappington!

At the last BOA meeting a question was asked by a resident reference why a local club should pay lower taxes than a homeowner. That in it's self is interesting, but do we have the "rest of the story?" No, we do not, so stay tuned for the results! It would appear that we have a "denouement" going on here that will require further research!

If you are going to use a French word, use it properly.

I am sure the assessors office has nothing better to do right now and is eager to help all of the pool-haters. Priority # 1!

Hey, the "tax assessors" office is more than willing to collect "erent" back taxes, so I bet they look into it!

As you have said though many times, there is nothing there, so why worry, be happy!

9:23 PM blogger: for your edification, Websters new world dictionary on page 118 has the following to say.

"demounement," "the outcome or unravleling of a plot in a drama!"

I think the word fits perfectly, no?

Look it up!

For your second "French" lesson, how about "this blog is nonpareil!"

Or, having no equal!

There will be no extra charge!

Oh, please...The addresses in question should be in the binders. Are they not in your possession?
