Can the public get a copy of the BOA vote taken in Feb. 2007, to retain the services of PGAV to develop a RDP for the Mall?

Can the public get a copy of the RDP that PGAV has provided?

How much did the BOA approve to pay PGAV for their services?

How is PGAV'S RDP different from the report Westfield did on the Mall at their cost 2& 1/2 yrs ago?

PGAV's report is probably a Blight Study to qualify the mall TIF.
Let the fun begin!

Sure, you can get a copy. Just file a Sunshine Request. They have to give it to you.

Has the board approved using PGAV services yet? From what I read, the administration recommended using them - I'm not sure and can't tell from the memo if the board told PGAV to do an RDP or if this will happen Tuesday.

What is the point in paying for PGAV for development ideas for the mall when Westfield did their own study and did not go forward with those ideas???????

Also, should be working on the other vacant stores in Crestwood....but I doubt even if all of those locations were filled would increase revenue in 2008 enough to offset the decrease in income from the mall vacancies.

10:16 AM blogger: I am told by Mr. Roby we have not hired PGAV as of yet. But that will no doubt come before the Bord on 8/28/07.

2:20 PM blogger: We can hire all the people we want, but the fact remains that Crestwood doesn't own the Mall, Westfield does. So, I say wait till we can see what Westfield is going to do!

Wasn't the Westfield study by some group out of Chicago? The one that recommended that the Mall needed a bowling alley and a seafood restaurant.

Why does PGAV does all of the redevelopments for the the State of Missouri and recommends 353, land use, TIFs, TDDs, and CIDS?

Who is benefiting from these bonds?

Gilmore and Bell law firm?

Armstrong Teasdale law firm?
