I agree with Alderman Bland that Crestwood Swim Club aka Rosebrook Real Estate Company got a sweat deal.
Who scammed who? Citizens?
Is there a General Fund account for maintaining Crestwood Swim Club/Rosebrook Real Estate Company parking lot, lights, sewer lines, water lines, grass cutting, and free police security?
My vote is for Tom Fagan, at least he is honest.
