A very valid question reference "funding!"

Is this Raciest? I don't think so! I didn't write it, but I sure wish I had!

Minorities

We need to show more sympathy for these people.
* They travel miles in the heat.
* They risk their lives crossing a border.
* They don't get paid enough wages.
* They do jobs that others won't do or are afraid to do.
* They live in crowded conditions among a people who speak a different language.
* They rarely see their families, and they face adversity all day every day.

I'm not talking about illegal Mexicans;
I'm talking about our troops!

Doesn't it seem strange that many Democrats and Republicans are willing to lavish all kinds of social benefits on illegals, but don't support our troops and are now threatening to defund them?

What do you think?

I agree, we should bring them all home so they can go back to their jobs and their families. If we quit funding the war, we'll be able to support those who have been injured in it.

So you want to "cut and run?" What about the people who look to us in Iraq, or for that matter, our allies?

I am afraid we are in this for the long haul my friend. Like it or not, "we are there for the duration."

Our wounded are going back in record numbers in case you missed it, and they don't want our simpathy, just a "thank you!"

This year we have sent ten Christmas Cards to Recovering Vet's with a simple "thank you" at Walter Reed, and I wish all of you would do the same. The address is as follows:

Recovering American Soldier
C/O Walter Reed Army Medical Center
6900 Georgia Avenue, NW
Washington, DC. 20307-5001

They will love it, and you will have done your very good deed for "Santa!"

There's no question we are making a difference. The question is whether we can afford to keep this up?

Tom, you should think about your grandkids and the $57 trillion in unfunded mandates that they are going to have to pay. If we stay over there we need to follow the money a little closer.

I agree, we do need to follow the money! That said however, what say we pull out of Kosovo, or the other Countries that Clinton sent troops to?

Iraq and Afganastan are the two places where we MUST be in order to secure freedom for our Grand kids!

In my opinion,I think our defeating the Taliban, and Al Quida (sp?)
are the top priorities for this Nation today.

The old saw is "Freedom is never free." and it has never been more true than today.

I used to believe that Tom. But you need to follow the money. We're funding both sides of this war..

Who's going to pay for the troops to protect your grandkids? The Chinese?

How much of America is really American owned any longer?

Not that much my friend, and we have no borders left, so?

The good news though is that China needs this Country in place due to the cash folw we provide for their products. I doubt they would create a problem for themselves by attacking us or attempting to bankrupt us.

At some point this idea of "one world order," or a "global economy" became the buzz words in America. What we are seeing now is the absence of manfacturing, and a skilled work force to man the factories. Why? Well we "out sourced" as much as we could to India, and God knows where!

I believe this all started with Clinton and the NAFTA agreement, and it well may be the downfall of us all if were not very carefull!

At this point if I were to need "Tech support" while in the field, I may well get Ragdahanna in India, and then it's an hour long phone call while we attempt to understand each other! I dosent matter though because he has no idea of what may be wrong, so it's up to me again!

You have seen it with everything from your computer to your washing machine, and in my humble estimation, this is the begining of the end of the American dream unless we wake up, and take back the lost job's, close the boarder's, stop ileagal immigration and get this country back!

Tom, I invite you to read this to get a better perspective. This not a D vs. R issue.

Never said it was my friend! The issue is that we are giving away this Country on a regular schedual!

The politicians see this as votes, I see this as a disaster.
