The independent returns from the rain Forest!

Ho la Amigos! I have returned from the Mayan Rivera after five days of squiring 260 customers on a five day trip to a very beautiful area of Mexico.

We had the chance to see the Mayan ruins, and visit with the local population in several Cities in the area as well. I managed to pick up some (very little) of the language, and got to know people from the rich to the abject poor.

It's really interesting to see that the concerns we have in Crestwood are right in line with their concerns. It's election time down there as well, and the local citizens seem to be a bit more into it than we are, but it still boils down to the same thing, Las ninos (the kids.)

The local weather was 85 F most of the time, and the sun was great. I guarantee you that if you have a chance to go, it's well worth it! Passport's. immigration into Mexico, and re-entering the U.S. is a hassle to say the least, but it was worth it to meet some of the nicest, and helpful people I have met in a long time.

Give me some time to catch up with you fine bloggers pour favor (if you please,) and we shall continue with the games.
