I guess the BOA needs to address the 2010 budget again since the property taxes should be 9% less.
As I read it in the newspaper on the 10th, the city is going to cut a number of people in both the fire and police department, but none anywhere else??
Does this mean they think animal control is more important than police, and fire protection?
Good questions John. I'm not sure what they are thinking.
Apparently it already a done deal to reduce police, and fire by four each.
This will leave FD with a crew of 3 per fire unit, and PD with 3 patrol officers per shift vs. 4.
I believe that the word is out that they are cutting the animal control position.
