Does this mean the the Mayor has given up on bringing "Crestwood back"? In the past, didn't our Mayors light the Mall up?
9:21 AM blogger: No, I just think we are worried about lighting up Crestwood for now.
I am not sure we will see any lights on the Mall, we shall see.
