I am going to research one of Golterman's comments last night at the Board of Alderman meeting. I believe that he is wrong. He stated that there was no increased liability if the City charges a fee for Board Room Usage. I think Charlie Berry was on to something regarding increased liability when someone is a licensee versus a visitor. Thanks for the bug Charlie!

Charlie is currently the municipal court judge...but, might be worth asking. He definitely sounded more knowledgeable than Golterman the other night.
