Ladies and Gentlemen this is a copy of the sign up and registration sheet for the BBQ COOK OFF t be held at the Sappington House Barn area on August 25th. 2012 from 10:100 AM to 8:00 PM.

As of this writing we have not completed the full roster of judges for the content, however we plan to flesh out the panel by the end of the week, and we will bring the entire panel to you when we have completed that.

Please get your registration in early so you can be assured a prime location at the event.

The contest will be held at the Sappington House on Saturday, August 25, 2012 starting at 10:00 AM till 8:00 PM. Bring your grill, your family, and enjoy the day!
A traveling trophy will be awarded with the name (and ward number) of the winning chef inscribed and placed at City Hall. The decision of the esteemed dignitaries (AKA judges) will be final. We shall have a representative from each department at City Hall as a judge (IE, the Mayor, (Rosann Shannon, Public Works Division,) ETC.)

Bring the whole family and meet the reenactors from the "trappers of starved rock" dressed in period clothing for information on life in 1808!
