Woman who rescued dogs is killed in dog attack!

http://www.foxnews.com/us/2012/08/17/georgia-woman-who-rescued-animals-killed-in-dog-attack/?test=latestnews

This woman had over ten years experience in rescuing stray and unwanted dogs which would make her more knowledgeable than most who volunteer to work the animal shelters.

I present this to you as a reminder that ANY dog can regress to a feral state at any time. In fact two or more dogs in the same environment are more likely to do so than one.

A note to our animal control volunteer friends, please remember this when your working with dogs you really don't know as we would hate to see any tragedy like this anywhere much less Crestwood.

I bet it was really a feral cat that looked like a dog, and that it was running our of fear from fires in the tree tops and the bridge to no where was blocked.

11:50 AM Blogger: Could be as the "bridge to nowhere" is not usable by anyone (or thing) but emergency vehicles.

We all know the feral cat problem here as documented by a veterinarian who the dog catcher dragged up there a couple of years ago, so your theory, while tongue in cheek is still plausible.

don't you guys have ANY new material? Dragging out tired old lines from years back is getting tiresome. There must be SOMETHING new you can discuss.

2:48 PM Blogger: Come now the original poster was only having a bit of fun, and I answered in kind.

Now that's not so bad is it?

By the way, speaking of "new" items, I received this from a friend this morning,

"The wife left a note on the fridge.........

"It's not working!! I can't take it anymore, I've gone to stay at my Moms!"

I opened the fridge, the light came on and the beer was cold........

God only knows what she was talking about!!"

3:34 PM Blogger: Now that's cold, but true enough!

Instead of a movie celebrating her they should make it one to show our kids what happens when you do drugs.
