Are we in the throes of the Greatest Depression the World has ever known? Are we even close to it?

Mr. Roof has laid out the case for such a thing due to our 16 TRILLION dollar debt load, and World financial problems.

Now as for me,I am far from an economist, but he (Mr. Root) makes a very good case if you ask me, what do you think, And what can we do about it before it's too late ? (if it's not too late now.)
