Well the honeymoon is over it would appear, so what is your opinion on the performance of the City with respect to the "Sunshine Law ?"
I will (for a change) hold mine except to answer a question (if there is one.)
Please remember that NO attacks will be allowed unless you sigh your real name. Those not doing it might as well save their manicure as I will delete it immediately.

Maybe it is time for a training class on the Sunshine law for all City employees. How about making this a requirement before they are hired or sworn into office?
2:05 PM BLOGGER: They do and have done this, so.

The Call's gotta sell ads somehow...got to create some sort of drama in Crestwood while we sit and wait on the mall's new owner to come up with a redevelopment plan.
8:36 AM BLOGGER: Well were in for a lot of drama in tha case.

YES, I have some opinions as a longtime -same property line, property owner. We never had any
problems with the PLAZA. Trouble is , Contractors over-built with " strip malls ". We can only shop at
so many stores. Many people shop " on line ", which Reports prove is a big issue. We said NO to
KHOLS, but no one would listen. It is time that people understood the REAL issues.

who said no to Kohl's?
Re my comment about NO to KOHLS: Those of us who went to the Meetings at CITY HALL
in 1998 and said it would effect MACEYS & the other stores..! Well...

What about an important yet sad transition at City Hall?
I think the thread was about transparency at city hall, and anyone who favors transparency should be concerned about the advice the city is receiving regarding the interpretation of the Sunshine Law.
As for Mr. Brancaglione, I find the observations he presented at the Economic Development Commission meeting to be very interesting. Too bad he didn't offer his unvarnished opinion last year, when it really mattered. Then again, if he would have been completely honest with the board last year, he would have risked losing out on the potential consulting fees that would have accompanied a board decision to hire a planner.
